I’m a current member of the Great British Rowing Team, Level 3 personal trainer, and online coach.
Right now, I’m preparing for the Tokyo Olympic Games, which means I train three times a day, six days a week. When I’m not training, I’m typically eating, sleeping, or watching some of the classics, like Lord of the rings. Preparing for the Olympic games is physically and mentally draining; online coaching allows me to step away from the stresses of rowing and rejuvenate. It allows me to focus on others and help them obtain their goals, which ironically helps me get mine.
I am a serious health and fitness enthusiast with a huge passion for helping others embark on their own fitness journey. I don’t have a particular target audience. I want to help people from all over the world, of all ages, and with different fitness goals.
