My Online Coaching Services
I own and run ‘Rowkouts’, which can be found on YouTube. There, you can access free full-length rowing-focused workouts to follow along with. Should you wish to have more structured support with me directly, this is how I can support you

You will download my app so we can keep all our data and communications in a centralised hub

I will create a training program centred around your goal, skill level, time availability, and equipment access (At the gym or home). The workouts on the app will be easy to follow, with step-by-step instructions, video tutorials and written explanations. The workouts will be progressed monthly to coincide with your progress

I will create a nutrition plan centred around your goal (muscle gain, fat loss or body composition). I will take into account all your dietary requirements and preferences. On the app, you will receive several recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, instructions on how to cook them, quantities, kcal and macros breakdowns (carbs, fats, protein) and a shopping list feature. I will update your nutrition plan monthly to ensure variety and it coincides with your goal’s progress

We can talk 24/7 on the app or as and when you need me. You can share photos and videos for me to comment on or analyse

I will share educational videos on nutrition, exercise, and recovery/lifestyle. Examples include sleep optimisation, the importance of protein and types of training sets

We will schedule video calls for face-to-face catch-ups. On the call, we can address any key questions or concerns, celebrate our progress and tweak our goal for the following block

We can perform physical tests (cardio and/or weight training) to get a baseline of fitness and use it as motivation to improve in the coming months. It’s a great way to hold you accountable and push you forward.

We can take blood samples through a third-party business at the start of your journey, get them evaluated by a doctor and tweak your plan (nutrition and exercise program) accordingly to see improvements in your blood work and general health

We will set out a clear ‘SMART’ goal at the start of our journey and frequently break it down with smaller weekly/monthly targets to help us attain it
